Cupid's Arrow

I’m not sure if there’s a baby with wings anywhere up there, and if he really has those tiny bow and arrows… but I’m sure about one thing — if he’s there, the guy knows how to shoot! He’s struck me once… no, twice… actually, three times.  

My heart is bleeding, pain is shooting up my feet, my eyelids feel heavy… I can’t even take a bath. All I can think of is her — the goddess that she is.  

Recently, I watched a film called *Vaaranam Aayiram*. I’ve started acting out the songs from it — and the heroine is, well… my pillow. My mom thinks I’m crazy, and my dad is searching his contact directory for a psychiatrist’s number. My sister kind of understands me, but still thinks I’m overreacting.  

The main problem is that I wasn’t even sure if I was in love until last Friday — when something amazing happened. I started feeling this thumping heartbeat whenever I thought of her. I could hear the sound of raindrops on my face, and all I could see was her sweet smile. Is this love?  

She’s an angel… or is she? No, it’s not that I doubt her — it’s just that I believe a goddess is far better than an angel. She’s simply gorgeous… at least through my eyes. I cherish every moment I spend with her… and now, I finally realize that I’m in LOVE!!!
